Overview in general
Although we make every effort to maintain an accurate inventory based on stock availability, there may be inconsistencies and we might not be able to complete your transaction. In this case, we will get in touch with you to find out if you would prefer a store credit or to wait until the out-of-stock item is back in stock.
Costs of shipping

Terms of delivery
International orders could take up to four days to arrive in transit. This waiting period, however, can be prolonged in some circumstances (up to 20 days). Depending on the delivery option you choose and the supplier of the goods in your order, this time could change significantly.
Time of delivery
Order processing typically begins two business days after payment confirmation. We give you a full day to change the delivery address.
With the exception of national holidays, when shipments to these places are not made, our staff get in touch with the warehouses where the items are kept Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Montessori Kingdom uses the postal service for shipments and only delivers goods to postal addresses. We are unable to offer email services to these addresses at this time.
Products that are out of stock

Prolonged delivery

The Montessori Kingdom encourages you to ask about these possible fees before completing your transaction with us, as these fees may differ from nation to nation. Items will be returned to Montessori Kingdom at the customer's expense if duties and taxes are not paid upon importation into your country. The buyer will then receive a refund for the full purchase price less the return shipping charges. There will be no reimbursement for the initial shipment.
Termination
We accept cancellations at any point prior to shipment if you change your mind about your order before it is delivered to Montessori Kingdom. See our refund policy at the bottom of the page if your order has already been dispatched.
For packages, the carrier provides insurance that covers loss and damage up to the specified value. The postal service confirms the loss as soon as it occurs. Postal authorities will validate a delivery as legitimate. Unfortunately, Montessori Kingdom has had far too many instances of dishonest customers claiming they never received their order for us to depend on their claims alone. Montessori Kingdom will, however, make every effort to meet your needs, either by returning the things you bought at its expense or by providing you with a voucher worth more than the original order amount.
